Who is responsible

This site is the personal portfolio of Illia Zhurat, who works under the artistic name Ilya Zhurat. For any question about your data, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”.

Contact form

When you send a message I receive your name, email, the topic you chose, the subject and the message. I use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to discuss the project — never for marketing. The legal basis is replying to your request and steps you ask for before a possible contract.

Who processes the data for me

The site runs on Lovable's hosting and Lovable Cloud, which stores the messages in its database. Email copies of messages are sent through Resend. These providers process the data on my behalf to run the site and deliver messages. Their infrastructure may log technical data such as IP addresses; those logs are outside this site's code.

Spam protection

To limit abuse, the site stores a hash of your IP address with each submission attempt; these entries are removed after about 24 hours, when the next submission cleans them up. Submissions blocked as spam are kept with the fields entered and the hash so a genuine message isn't lost; they are not deleted automatically. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long messages are kept

Messages are kept until the enquiry is closed, then deleted manually on request or during periodic review.

Videos

Project videos are hosted on YouTube and load only after you allow external media. Details are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, through the contact form. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
